My name is Alister Barnes and I am a teacher currently working in Staffordshire, in the United Kingdom.

I teach Chemistry and produce revision videos for the new 1-9 GCSE Combined Science Examinations.

I originally set out with the aim to make a video for each outcome of the new 1-9 GCSE. This objective was achieved in March 2018.

Since then, I have been upgrading older videos and starting on the Separate Chemistry videos - as well as making summary videos and revision resources linked to the GCSE.

Where next? I may move into Biology and Physics videos...but what would I call my channel!?

In my spare time, I used to climb, as you can see from the video on the right, although I haven't been able to get out much in the last year!

Nowadays, I spend my time playing badminton, and video games such as Pro Evo, Civilisation, Final Fantasy, Devil May Cry and Monster Hunter.

I am a Newcastle United fan...unfortunately...and try to watch as many games as the job allows.
